Our History
Allied Personnel Services is an independent staffing and employment
service founded in 1984. Over the years, Allied has grown from a
single-office business to a multi-office operation serving the entire
Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey. John D. MacDonald,
president, oversees daily operations, along with a staff of over 20
dedicated staffing professionals. Through this growth, we have never
lost our quality driven focus - to serve our customers and employees
with the care and attention only a local service can provide.
The excellent reputation of Allied Personnel Services, as well as its
successful rapid growth, has gained considerable recognition in the
Lehigh Valley. Allied is also the only service in the Lehigh Valley to
be awarded membership in TempNet, an association of North America's top
independent staffing services. Allied's strength lies in the
development of a staff dedicated to excellence, a drive to establish a
relationship with clients and employees based on trust and integrity,
and a concentrated effort to provide the best service in our changing
industry.
