Business Development Coordinator

Allied Personnel Services, 6 time winner of the Morning Call's Readers' Choice Award for Best Employment Agency, is seeking candidates for a Business Development Coordinator.
Primary responsibilities include generating new sales and expanding existing accounts. Building strong relationships with individuals across a diverse set of industries will be vital. Additional duties include working with the recruiting team to identify candidates, negotiating contracts, and attending networking events.
Preferred candidates will possess excellent sales proficiency, professional communication skills, and a history of delivering superior results. 3-5 years of business to business sales experience as well as a 4 year college degree required. A familiarity with the Lehigh Valley is a strong plus.

Personnel Coordinator

Allied Personnel Services, 5 time winner of the Readers Choice for Best Employment Agency, is seeking candidates for a position on our team of staffing professionals.
The Personnel Coordinator's responsibilities fall within three major categories: client service and business development, employee relations, and recruiting.
Client service duties include taking and filling orders for diverse companies throughout the Lehigh Valley, meeting with clients to better understand their complex staffing needs, resolving employee issues with clients, and further penetrating existing clients to discover new business opportunities. Business development activities include generating and following up on leads and meeting with new clients to assess staffing needs.
Employee relations includes interviewing, screening resumes, orienting new employees, completing pre-employment screening, answering field employee questions, and counseling field employees.
Recruiting will involve generating new ideas to increase qualified applicant flow as well as building relationships with recruiting sources in order to maximize referrals. Attendance at job fairs and networking events will also be required.
