Administrative opportunity working within the Compliance Department at a large life insurance company in Bethlehem. This position provides support to the Compliance Department's management. The position requires close attention to detail and offers a significant learning opportunity. Position entails working with various regulatory agencies within a fast paced, high pressure environment. Duties include keeping important records of past and current employees, database management, coordinating events and meetings, assisting in researching regulatory inquiries and customer complaints, reviewing and maintaining mutual fund portfolio checklists, and maintainting brokerage statments.

| Requirements |
Prior administrative and professional office experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, & Word. Candidates must obtain Securities License 7 within one year. Previous exposure to a Registered Investment Advisor and/or Broker/Dealer environment preferred. |
