Chargeback Clerk
Location Pen Argyl, PA
Responsibilities Duties would include accounts recievable working with trial balances as well as charge backs and processing credit approvals.
Requirements Accounts Recievable experience required. Experience with excel, AS400, and Lotus Notes a plus.
Miscellaneous Full time hours, M-F(8:00a-5:00p). Temp to hire position. Pay is $10-12hr.

Compliance Assistant
Location Bethlehem PA
Responsibilities Administrative opportunity working within the Compliance Department at a large life insurance company in Bethlehem. This position provides support to the Compliance Department's management. The position requires close attention to detail and offers a significant learning opportunity. Position entails working with various regulatory agencies within a fast paced, high pressure environment. Duties include keeping important records of past and current employees, database management, coordinating events and meetings, assisting in researching regulatory inquiries and customer complaints, reviewing and maintaining mutual fund portfolio checklists, and maintainting brokerage statments.
Requirements Prior administrative and professional office experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, & Word. Candidates must obtain Securities License 7 within one year. Previous exposure to a Registered Investment Advisor and/or Broker/Dealer environment preferred.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep
Location Allentown PA
Responsibilities This is a temp to hire opportunity working for a large industrial distribution company in Allentown. The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative is responible for growing profitable sales and handling all customer service related issues. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, follow-up on all quotations/sales leads, promote and sell stock, take orders and maintain order entry database, and address all customer complaints/issues.
Requirements Must have 2-4 years customer service and/or inside sales experience. Microsoft Office skills required. Experience working for a manufacturing company preferred.
Miscellaneous Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is based on experience: between $12-15/hr. Qualified candidates should email evan@alliedps.com

Scanning/Mail Clerk
Location Bethlehem, PA
Responsibilities Duties include preparing documents for scanning, scanning documents and light data entry.
Requirements Candidates must have basic PC skills and exposure to a production oriented environment where output is measured. The ability to lift file boxes up to 30 lbs. is needed.
Miscellaneous This is a long term opportunity paying $9/hr. Hours will initially be part time noon-5pm Monday - Friday. As the work load increases hours will extend up to 8pm.
