Duties include preparing correspondence, reports, specs, legal documents, proposals, and memos. Transcribe dictation from voice recordings, answer and transfer calls, open mail, record incoming checks, maintain files, distribute emails and faxes, and maintain mailing lists.
Candidates must have secretarial experience and solid MS Office skills.
