In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support - manage price documents, ensure accurate pricing and invoicing, prepare reports using ERP, coordinate meetings, serve as the primary phone contact for the department, prepare travel arrangements and expense reports, organize trade show support, manage calendars, generate supplier contracts, and maintain EHS records for plants.
Candidates must have 5+ years administrative support experience. Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle is helpful.
