Responsibilities include all facets of HR - recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, workers' compensation, benefits, FMLA/disability, and HR department development. Work closely with Director to identify and implement process improvements.
A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, are required. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law are necessary for this role. Some travel outside of the United States is required.
