PT Accounting Coordinator

We are currently seeking candidates for a Part Time Accounting Coordinator to work in our corporate Allentown office. In this role you will process AR, AP, and tax filing and work with outside vendors to ensure all accounting functions are executed timely and accurately. Specific responsibilities include: AR (check reconciliation, EFT/credit card payments, corrections, adjustments, collections), AP (processing, auditing of purchases), new client credit checks, monthly/quarterly/year end reporting & tax filing, monthly payroll summary for WC reporting, bank & credit card reconciliations, and expense tracking.


Candidates for this role must have 5+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping role. A keen attention to detail, a commitment to deadlines and confidentiality, and solid computer skills are musts.
