Our Screening Process
Today’s companies are faced with many challenges, but finding

the first person coming through the door. We recruit carefully,
interview and screen thoroughly, test precisely and respond quickly.

Every applicant applying at Allied must pass a series of evaluations.
These include:
- Pre-screening to determine if they meet qualifications for an
appointment for a further interview.
- A comprehensive interview by one of our experienced Allied representatives.
Candidates are asked a series of detailed questions to determine
experience, past employment history, availability, attitude, motivation,
flexibility, technical ability, ability to meet unique requirements
specific to a position, and more.
- In addition to an in-depth interview, candidates must take a
series of tests/skill evaluations.
Allied Personnel Services evaluates each office applicant for proficiency
in basic English, math, typing, filing, and spelling. Applicants
are subsequently placed into a specific skill classification, dependent
upon performance. Applicants applying for Light Industrial positions
are evaluated for basic math ability. In addition, we are also able
to complete customized evaluations specific to your organization,
including order pulling, product matching, etc. Our employees must
meet the highest performance, quality and ethical standards before
they are assigned to your organization.
Allied Personnel Services is equipped with an advanced computer
testing system called Prove It!. Prove It! allows Allied to identify and select the most talented candidates and employees for your openings. With over 800 validated assessments, we are able to test for software skills, accounting knowledge, technical aptitude and even basic skills such as reading comprehension. The customizable tests allow us to cater our testing to your needs.
Additional Employment Checks
Allied conducts comprehensive reference checks on all field employees.
Drug and criminal background checks are performed on candidates
required for specific assignments. |
